Delete your Kid PaNer account

Play

Tap a toy for a sound. Drag to move it. Double-tap to look closer, then turn or pinch to zoom. The three pictures at the lower left change the scene.

Sound and timer

Open the gear to adjust sound. Tap the clock to set minutes and seconds. When time ends, toys rest in a corner. Tap the red lock to play again.

Purchases

Six toys are free. Extra toys are individual one-time purchases, with no subscription. Complete the parent check and tap Buy once. Google Play handles payment using the account on the device; no separate Kid PaNer sign-in is needed. The payment sheet shows the final local price.

Restore a missing toy

Use the Google Play account that bought the toy, connect to the internet, then tap Restore Purchases in Settings. Pending payments unlock only after Google confirms them. App Store purchases do not transfer to Android. If Google Play cannot be reached, recently verified toys remain available for up to 24 hours.

Optional parent account

Parents can sign in to Kid PaNer with Google from Account in Settings. This is separate from Google Play billing. Signing out or deleting the Kid PaNer account does not delete the Google account or its store purchase records. Account deletion requires an internet connection.

Delete your Kid PaNer account

You can request deletion of your Google-linked Kid PaNer account and its associated data without reinstalling the app. Email eason@toponepapa.com.tw with the subject "Kid PaNer account deletion" and tell us you want your Kid PaNer account deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or information about your child.

If you still have the app, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. After Google authorization is revoked, the account identifier, authorization credential, app sessions, and pending handoff codes are deleted. Failed revocation leaves the account available for retry. Deletion does not delete your Google account or Google Play purchase records and does not cancel or refund purchases.

A one-way account fingerprint and deletion time remain temporarily for security. This marker expires after ten minutes and is removed during a later sign-in cleanup. Customer-visible service logs are retained for three days. Database backups and provider-managed security records follow the hosting provider's retention settings. See Android Privacy for details.
